“Petie” is a Standard size Rat Terrier. She is registered Foundation

with the UKCI and her offspring are available for full registration.
She is a Type A Rat Terrier. She has produced puppies of all colors.
Past litters have included tricolors, apricots lemons, chocolates, and
blues.
She has the classic Rat Terrier personality, excellent
temperament, highly trainable and solid structure. All of these make her the
foundation of my breeding program.
In addition, Petie is an excellent mother, wonderful pet, a
natural hunter, and a potential Therapy dog. She welcomes all of the new
families when they come to look at puppies and I could not begin to count
the times people have asked to take her home instead of a new puppy!
Petie is now retired and is a full time house pet. She
raised 6 litters and never lost a puppy. She would like to continue
raising puppies as she never seems to tire of any of the babies around the
house.
Maple Hills Amber Delight - Amber - AKC Foundation

Amber is Petie's daughter. She is is a beautiful Chocolate
Tricolor. She has a gentle but playful nature and she is a wonderful
mother. The standard tricolor is black, tan, and white. Amber has
chocolate coloring where the black would normally be. She has solid
conformation, is a Type A and just fits into the standard size at 18 pounds.
She is registered with the UKCI and AKC foundation stock. This
registration is key to breed's development as foundation stock registration is
one of the stepping stones to full acceptance into the AKC.
Amber carries recessive color genes for blue and pearl
colors. Like Petie she is a natural hunter and any small rodents had
best be on the look out when she is in the area!

He has produced enough litters and it was time for him to be
someones favorite little dog.

Hills Ella Sings the Blues - Ella
Ella is from our August 2007 of Petie and Tiger. She
will stay a part of our family as she joins our son, daughter-in-law, and
grandson. She is a full time pet and house dog. She has enjoyed
the sport of agility with her family. On her own, she is an avid
squirrel hunter.
